American Apparel, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Aeropostale are all having great years. The economy will rebound soon enough. Now is the time to focus inward and investing in strategy that is measured against results. In lean times, it helps to know what’s working to bring the best customers to your door and what’s not. Anyone can build a successful marketing program during a booming economy. It takes a smart one to build it during weak times.
