This to me is what cus­tomer ser­vice is really about. It’s not about the tech­nol­ogy solu­tion, the process doc­u­men­ta­tion, the design comps. It’s about serv­ing people. Cus­tomer ser­vice. Serving the cus­tomer doesn’t take a huge budget. It takes a will­ing atti­tude. Have a great week!
