In order for any relationship to work you must build a trust factor. With your customers, with your spouse, with your employees and with other business leaders, trust is a key ingredient. Ask yourself., Did I do what I said I was going to do? Did I do it when I said I was going to do it? Did I stand behind it after I did it? If you can say yes to these three questions, you have a great start on building a trust factor in any relationship.

I am constantly amazed at how many companies we interact with that don’t follow this simple rule. Just do what you say you’re going to do. There’s no magic. Make a promise and then keep it.
