The Bomb Demetri … The Hydrogen Bomb

A few days ago, Blake and I ran down to Deep Elm after work to check out The All Good Cafe Wednesday Night Film Festival. It’s Stanley Kubrick month and we were there for Dr. Stangelove. This has got to be one of the coolest movies of all time, shown on a big screen at one of the coolest restaurants in the city. For anyone looking for a great night downtown on a Wednesday, the film festival will be going on every week through July. You can see the whole schedule here. When you go, there’s plenty of home cooking and great sandwiches to choose from on the menu, but I have to recommend the Ty Cobb salad. The veggies are straight from the farmers market, the bacon is crispy, and the turkey real, not chopped up cold cuts. We’ll see you there all summer.
